Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Lanolips purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unopened products in the original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
